You can collect your free book pack when you register the birth of your child at Stockport Registrars Office.
Bookstart gives baby packs to every child in England and Wales.
Your Bookstart Baby Pack has everything you need to get started sharing stories, rhymes and songs with your baby.
We know that not everyone registers through Stockport, or some people have different circumstances for bringing in a new child to register their birth.
If this applies to you, email us at libraries@stockport.gov.uk request your baby pack. In your email, please include:
- why you haven’t received a pack through the registrars
- which Stockport library you would like your baby pack delivered to
