If you or any member of your household has or is displaying symptoms of the coronavirus, do not make an appointment.
We encourage you to wear a face covering during your visit to the Register Office.
You cannot register by declaration. Please contact the district where your baby was born.
To book an appointment to register a birth, please complete the online form below. You'll be shown a calendar of dates and you can select the date that is convenient to you. If no appointments are shown as available on the date you have chosen, please choose another date.
