2. Zero emissions permit
A Zero emissions permit allows you to park in some parking spaces owned by the council.
You can apply for a Zero emissions permit if your vehicle does not emit any CO2.
The permit is valid in chargeable on-street bays and council operated public pay and display car parks. You must display the permit at all times when you park.
Permit price
A 12-month permit costs £10.
How to apply
Before applying, read the terms and conditions.
You’ll need to make the payment for your permit.
Download and fill in the application form. Your payment reference number will be 'CZE' followed by your vehicle registration number. For example, 'CZE\SD54QAH'.
