Band A and Zero emissions permits

1. Band A permit
A Band A permit allows you to park in some parking spaces owned by the council.
You can apply for a Band A permit if your vehicle emits less than 100g of CO2 per kilometre and was registered before April 2017.
The permit is valid in chargeable on-street bays and council operated pay and display car parks. You must display the permit at all times when you park.
Permit prices
A 6-month permit costs £185. A 12-month permit costs £360.

Before applying, read the terms and conditions.
You’ll need to make the payment for your permit.
Download and fill in the application form. Your payment reference number will be 'CBA' followed by your vehicle registration number. For example, 'CBA\SD54QAH'.
