Live Well funding
Funding is now available through the Live Well Fund to support local voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise organisations to make a difference in their neighbourhoods.
The fund is designed to invest in community-led ideas that help people live healthier, happier and more independent lives. It focuses on early support, reducing inequalities and strengthening the trusted local services and spaces that residents already rely on.
Grants are available for projects that:
- support people to meet essential needs with dignity
- help people stay well and connected in their communities
- tackle health inequalities through local, preventative support
- build community skills, leadership and resilience
- bring organisations together to provide more joined-up support
