Section 34 of The Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 (as amended) details the information which the council must include in its local planning authority's monitoring report. A new style report has been compiled for 2026 which responds to each of the requirements set out in section 34 of the regulations and directs to where the required information can be found.
