We're required to publish an annual Authority's Monitoring Report (AMR). The report monitors planning policies and determines whether they're being effectively implemented. It also includes a document setting out our 5 year available housing land supply.
Monitoring undertaken through the AMR allows us to identify where changes to the Local Development Framework are required. It also helps to revise the programme in the Local Development Scheme to set out how changes will be made.
