Active Ageing Stockport

One of the main ways we can stay well as we age is to be active and reduce the amount of time we spend sitting if possible. There are lots of opportunities to move more in Stockport, including new support and advice through Active Pathways. For more information and ideas to move more, visit the Life Leisure and Healthy Stockport websites.

Stay Steady

Taking small, practical steps can help you to reduce your risk of falling as you get older. Visit the Healthy Stockport website for practical tips for staying strong and steady on your feet.
