First Tier Property Tribunal

This document is our application to the First Tier Property Tribunal (Property): SMBC v various leaseholders, Application under S20ZA Landlord and Tenant Act 1985.

The application is for dispensation from parts of the Section 20 Consultation process. It relates to major works to be carried out at various council owned schemes that contain leasehold properties purchased under the Right to Buy scheme.

All affected leaseholders have been sent the attached documents and full details of how they can be involved in the process are included in the attached bundle of documents.
