A number of co-production events were held in Stockport to develop the Adult Autism Strategy 2017-2020. People with autism and their families, together with staff from a number of local agencies and organisations, worked on the themes from the 2015 Statutory Guidance. They identified the key issues, actions and priorities for the next 3 years.
The strategy describes how it will be implemented over the next 3 years and how its progress will be monitored by the:
- Autism Advisory Network
- Adult Social Care
- Health Scrutiny Committee
- Health and Wellbeing Board
