Health walks

Walk Stockport offers walks to help you get active and stay active at a pace that suits you.

Walkaday is a scheme that offers friendly walks exploring parks and green spaces within Stockport.

Stockport Wellbeing

Stockport Wellbeing is hosted by Disability Stockport. They provide support and advice if you have mental health or emotional issues including low mood, depression or stress. They hold weekly events and activities.

Stockport Support Hub

We commission the support services across Stockport which are provided by Stockport Support Hub. You can find out more about these community support services on the Stockport Support Hub website.


Re-engage are committed to tackling loneliness and social isolation.

Volunteer hosts hold free monthly tea parties for small groups of people aged 75 and over. If you live alone and need help getting out and about, volunteer drivers will take you to and from the party safely. You'll receive a warm welcome and plenty of tea and sandwiches.
