2. Let us know what you think

We’re constantly working to make our website as accessible and usable as possible for every user. However, sometimes we don't always get it right the first time we publish something.

Let us know what you think

If you had trouble with any part of our website, please get in touch. To ensure we can deal with your enquiry quickly it would helpful if you could provide the information advised on the web accessibility initiative website.

The information we would like include:

  • the full website address for the page you are having problems accessing

  • details about what you were trying to do, and why it was difficult or impossible to do it

  • details about your computer and software e.g. the operating system and version you are using, and the browser software you use to view the web, and the version. If you don't know, maybe a friend, relative, or colleague can help you. If not, you can skip this part.

  • if it is related to the problem you are experiencing, also include any settings you have customized or any assistive technology that you use

We aim to successfully resolve any issue reported to us regarding the accessibility and usability of our website.
