About the Council Plan

Our Council Plan 2024 to 2027 describes the key role we play in supporting the borough. We do this through the provision and delivery of efficient and effective services that are essential to everyday life.

The plan also outlines our 4 big ambitions for the next 3 years. These will:

  • create opportunities for everyone in the borough
  • build on the progress we've made since publishing our last Council Plan
  • step up the pace of change and delivery
