The Greater Manchester Urban Traffic Control Unit (GMUTC) provides a professional high quality traffic signal control service in the districts of Bolton, Bury, Manchester, Oldham, Rochdale, Salford, Stockport, Tameside, Trafford and Wigan.
GMUTC's role is to provide specialist advice on the design, installation, research and development operation and control and maintenance of the traffic signal network within Greater Manchester.
