Hat Works offers something for visitors of all ages. Admission is free so you can visit the museum at your leisure.
In addition to the wonderful permanent collection galleries and the exciting temporary exhibition space, the museum has a great Family Fun Zone, where younger visitors are entertained by a range of interactive and educational play provisions.

Guided Tours:
Tours run on the hour from 10.30am. The last tour starts at 3.30pm and are charged at
£2.65 per person.

The museum is situated a short walk from Stockport bus and train stations.
Parking:
The nearest car parks are Heaton Lane (near Mersey Square) and Grand Central (near the Railway Station) - charges apply.

Museum Shop:
The museum's shop has been recently refurbished. The new-look shop carries an exciting new range of hatting paraphernalia, specialist books on millinery and fashion, designer jewellery and more. The perfect place for finding unique and special gifts.
There are six computers available for public use with internet access.
