CISS is an easy to use online directory produced by the Library and Information Service that gives everyone easy access to information about clubs, societies, voluntary groups and not-for-profit organisations in and around Stockport.
The types of organisation included in CISS are hobby and interest groups, classes for fun or education, residents associations, charities, sports groups and public organisations that provide care or advice. You can:
- Search for societies.
- Add a society online.
- Print out an application form.
To search for a society simply visit the CISS.
All the groups on CISS can now edit the details of their own societies online by finding your organisation’s details, then clicking on 'To Edit'.
If you want to add your society to the directory, you can either:
