The Conservation Team is responsible for the delivery of the Council’s statutory duties relating to:

Stockport Railway Viaduct, an iconic example of one of Stockport's many historic assets.

the management of the historic environment
the development and implementation of projects contributing to the regeneration, enhancement and repair of historic buildings and conservation areas throughout the Borough
