The National Institute of Adult Continuing Education

The aim of the National Institute of Adult Continuing Education (NIACE) is 'to promote the study and general advancement of adult continuing education' Less formally, this means advancing the interests of adult learners and potential learners and also to help increase the numbers of adults engaged in formal and informal learning in England and Wales.

Stockport Information Advice and Guidance Partnership

The Information Advice and Guidance (IAG) programme is a national initiative, funded locally through the Greater Manchester Learning & Skills Council.

It aims to bring together relevant local agencies to help over 20's make informed decisions about learning and work with particular emphasis on increasing access for disadvantaged groups.
