On-going Consultation about our Services
The Friends of Stockport Cemeteries (FOSC) and the Council have been working together since 2004 to establish improvements in all cemeteries and closed churchyards in Stockport.
FOSC have already completed £46,000 of improvements suggested by the community and stakeholders in Highfield Cemetery, Bredbury and Willow Grove Cemetery, Reddish and have recently submitted a bid for a further £48,000 to the Lottery funded Community Spaces scheme for Park Road Cemetery, Cheadle.
Please help us to identify further improvements by completing our online questionnaire.
Stockport Council's top priority is to ensure that excellent customer service is at the heart of the services we provide. We want to serve you effectively and courteously.
Have you a 'Big Idea' about how your local area can be improved? What would make your community flourish and do well? If you had the power, how would you make this happen?
However big or small your idea might be we want to hear from you.
The Council uses a system called 'Limehouse Consultation' to assist in undertaking consultation on planning and transport policy documents. The system enables us to engage in meaningful consultation with stakeholders via the internet.
