Welcome to Resource Consultancy. We provide assistance and advice to public service providers, organisations and community groups. Our focus is to help you to secure external funding to support regeneration and renewal activity. We also provide project and programme management support services to help ensure that you meet the technical requirements of funding and monitor performance.
Resource Consultancy offers an integrated service which you can use according to the level of support required. Generally we prioritise our support to those activities that most fit Stockport’s Community Strategy objectives.
So, how can we help?
If your project or activity needs resources we can undertake external funding searches, give advice on the tactics of bidding and what to include in funding applications. This includes helping you with project development, determining how your idea fits with wider strategies, getting partner and public support and evidencing need.

Maybe you have secured funding and now need help with managing a programme or project. We offer a range of programme management services. This includes funding agreements, project appraisal and approval systems, monitoring spend and outputs, project and programme evaluation, forward strategies, collecting baseline evidence, making claims payments and liaising with funders and auditors. We also advise on project management procedures and performance management.

This means working collaboratively with you to find solutions, freeing your time so you can focus on project or service delivery, and learning from each other by transferring skills and knowledge.
