Due to essential maintenance on the Council’s income system there will be disruption to the Council's ability to take incoming payments on Saturday 22nd February 2014. Work will commence from 8.30 a.m and whilst downtime will be minimised it is expected that the system could be unavailable for most of the day.
There will also be a shorter disruption in the early hours of Tuesday 25th February 2014 with services expected to be affected between the hours of 4.00 am and 8.00 a.m. All payment options will be affected including internet payments and the IVR automated telephone payments line. Customers are asked to be patient and avoid making payments at this time. Thank you for your cooperation and apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
