Revision of the Disability Equality Action Plan In 2006 Stockport Council consulted with a wide range of people in the community and put together an action plan of work to improve our services for people with a disability. Over the past three years we have been working hard to meet the needs of our community. We feel it is now time to review our work, make sure we’re heading in the right direction, and see what more still needs to be done.
